American actor-comedian Faizon Love famous for his role in Elf and Mr. Bones appeared in a Florida Court for failing to pay child support, with arrears amounting to $250,000.
He was arrested and spent 16 days in jail and when he made his court appearance, he told the court that he is unable to pay the monthly $2,500 because he’s broke and even sleeps in a 1999 car and that all he makes in a year is just $10,000 from his “Elf” royalty checks.

8 dead, dozens hurt over holiday weekend in Chicago, including 14 shot during Juneteenth party
A 14-year-old boy was among eight people killed over the long holiday weekend that saw nearly 40 others wounded, including 14 people shot during a Juneteenth celebration on the Far South Side.
Marcus Chatman, 14, was shot multiple times around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 8000 block of South Carpenter Street in Auburn Gresham, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
Marcus played for the Midwest Hawks youth football team in Country Club Hills.
