A Message Shows Pooh Shiesty Allegedly Paid Men to Help Rob Gucci Mane

Federal prosecutors have introduced newly surfaced evidence in the case, including a cellphone video that allegedly shows Pooh Shiesty holding an AK-style pistol to Gucci Mane's head to force him to sign a record label release
The government submitted the digital footage alongside group chats and records indicating that Pooh Shiesty allegedly paid co-conspirators to participate in the armed takeover of a Dallas recording studio.
Key developments in the case:
The Incident: Prosecutors state that in January 2026, Pooh Shiesty and eight co-defendants—including his father and rapper Big30—barricaded Gucci Mane and his team, stole $$450,000 in cash and jewelry, and forced the mogul to release Shiesty from his 1017 Records contract.
The Evidence: Investigators point to a printed contract generated hours before the incident, alongside the new video allegedly filmed by Big30, as well as text messages indicating compensation for the robbery.
Status: Pooh Shiesty was denied pre-trial release and remains in federal custody. The trial is scheduled to begin on February 22, 2027.
