CCSD employee arrested in Las Vegas park for allegedly luring child decoy for sex
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County School District employee allegedly drove to a Las Vegas park to meet with a boy he thought was 13 years old, documents said.
Shawn Carter, who works as an emergency management coordinator for the school district, faces a charge of luring a child or mentally ill person with a computer for sex, records said.
Carter’s name was included in a list of Metro police arrests as part of an undercover operation from December.
That month, an undercover officer posing as a 13-year-old, chatted with a person police identified as Carter on the LGBTQ+ dating app Grindr, documents said. The decoy profile first listed the person’s age as 19. The conversation then moved to text message where the decoy said he was 13.

The "Day Shift" actor made the admission in his new Netflix special "Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was," which debuted on the streaming platform on December 10.
Sitting down at a piano, Foxx sang, "Sisters, I'm here to tell you I've been cured. I've been cured of everything. No more white girls. I'm serious; no more white girls. No more white girls. No more. No more white girls."
As audience members applauded and leaped out of their seats, the Hollywood star continued, "I'm back on the Black side of town!"
"No more white girls. No more potato salad and raisins. No more white girls. No more spray tan, no more big t-tties, no a-s, no more white girls
