• Do You Know?

Children respond better to rules when they feel included in making them. Involving kids in simple decisions, like bedtime routines or screen limits, gives them a sense of ownership. When they feel heard, they’re more likely to follow boundaries willingly rather than resisting them with defiance or frustration. #doyouknow #children

  • 🦞✨ Red Lobster is back from the dead! After filing for bankruptcy last year (yeah, that endless shrimp fiasco was a $11M L), the 57-year-old seafood chain has officially bounced back thanks to CEO Damola Adamolekun, the 36-year-old boss making major moves. 💼🔥
Adamolekun who already flipped P.F. Chang’s into a billion-dollar brand during the pandemic has been steering Red Lobster into what he calls “the greatest comeback in the history of the restaurant industry.” Big talk, but he’s got the résumé to back it up. 💪🏾
The Nigerian-American exec, who also made Fortune’s 100 Most Powerful People in Business list, is cutting inefficiencies, axing money-losing promos (bye endless shrimp 🦐✌🏾), and setting the chain up for positive net income by 2026 with a projected 43% Ebitda growth through 2027. 📈
As he told Fortune: “Investing is risk assessment you gotta manage your career the same way. Risk isn’t bad if you’ve got the right return.”
From Wall Street (ex-Goldman Sachs) to the restaurant grind, Damola’s proving that real bosses don’t fear risk they flip it into reward. 🙌🏾 #redlobster #
