Because Loan has developmental disabilities, she may need assistance finding her way home and may be especially vulnerable.

• 5’0” tall
• Approximately 110 pounds
• Black hair
• Brown/black eyes
• Last seen wearing a red shirt, red pants, and white sandals, or she may be barefoot.
