A baby girl was only two hours old when Joe Campbell found her in a London phone box in April 1994. He was on his way to call his parents in Guyana. He asked authorities if he could keep the baby, but they said no. He saw her one more time as an infant. "I never stopped thinking about her," Campbell told Good Morning Britain.
Years later the baby, April Jones, sent out an appeal to find Campbell. A colleague showed him the newspaper article with the same baby photo he had kept all those years. Jones said he came forward within 24 hours. Now 32, she returned to the show with him to talk about their bond. "He's been my rock," Jones said of the man she now calls dad.
