The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office requests the public's assistance in locating the missing juvenile Cloey Shailynn Foster.
Coley was last seen on August 22, 2026, at around 6:30 pm on Carver Street in Institute, West Virginia.
She is 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 105 pounds, and has long black braided hair. She has the following tattoos: names on her left arm, a name written in red ink on her neck, and a faded rose on her right arm. She was last known wearing a silver pearl ring and hoop earrings. She also has a hoop nose piercing.
Investigators have information that Cloey may be traveling to Columbus, Ohio, with another female identified as Jordan Desiree. They may be traveling in a white Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with Ohio registration.
